Japanese (from ramen to tempura and obviously sushi and sashimi)
Thailandese (During my trip in Thailand: Curries, Pad Thai, Tom Yam Kung…)
Vietnamese (During my trip in Vietnam: Pho, Banh Xeo, Bun Cha, Spring Rolls…)
and…

Italian (well..since I was a teenager from my mom and grandma)

Finally in Lisbon I started to be a private chef on request and I’m organizing courses and workshops.
